After spending most of my career in agile hi-tech software companies, managing investor relations for public companies and leading corporate communications, on October 2017 I made a significant change by joining theDOCK and turning to the startups and innovation scene in Israel. Our vision at theDOCK is to leverage Israel’s technology assets to benefit the ports, maritime and logistics sectors, and my passion is about bringing together global corporates, entrepreneurs and investors to a neutral and mutually beneficial ecosystem.

As a founding member of PenZA Perception Lab and the Y7 global program, Zohar Ginosar has led multiple processes of designing national, regional and corporate strategies with a focus on innovation, education, and sustainability in Israel, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. Within this, Zohar led various international programs, processes, and seminars in innovation management, working with companies and entrepreneurs in many fields and mentoring them in designing new products and services, their business strategies and market acceleration. The Y7 program, which Zohar will expose during the session plays a leading role in building innovation ecosystems and fostering innovation capabilities with intending entrepreneurs.
